Ingredients:
- minced garlic
 - chopped onions
 - prawns
 - sitao (string beans)
 - kalabasa (pumpkin)
 - coconut milk
 
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a wok or saucepan.
 - Fry garlic until medium brown, add onions and continue stirring until color is translucent.
 - Add prawns.
 - Stir fry for a bit.
 - Add your kalabasa and about 150 ml of water. Cover the wok/pan.
 - Let it boil until the kalabasa is half-cooked, then add the coconut milk and sitao.
 - Stir until it boils then leave uncovered under low heat until the kalabasa is fully cooked.
 - Serve hot with rice.
